Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of joggix.com, maintained by Joggix, CNPJ 58.324.540/1645-61 (“Joggix,” “we,” or the “site”). By using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Legal Notice, and Responsible Gaming page. If you disagree, do not use the site.
1. Definitions
- Site: joggix.com and its subdomains.
- User or “you”: anyone who accesses the site on any device.
- Content: text, images, illustrations, video, code, games, and other site materials.
- User Content: nicknames, reviews, messages, and other material you submit.
2. What Joggix is
Joggix is a free online skill-game platform intended solely for entertainment, leisure, and mental exercise. Games run in the browser with no download. Joggix is not a betting, casino, bingo, lottery, or gambling site; does not award money, goods, or financial benefits; is not a broker, financial intermediary, or payment processor; and does not request CPF numbers, bank accounts, credit cards, or financial details.
3. Who may use the site
- The site is intended for people aged 13 and older.
- Users aged 13–17 should use it with guidance and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
- By accessing the site, you state that you have legal capacity or authorization to use it.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes, in good faith, in compliance with these Terms and Brazilian law, and without harming third parties, the site, or its infrastructure.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not bypass, copy, decompile, manipulate, or interfere with the site; reverse-engineer source code; use bots, automated scripts, or scrapers; deliberately overload servers; introduce malicious code; publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, explicit, violent, or rights-infringing material; impersonate others; or infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
6. Content you submit
Leaderboard nicknames, reviews, contact messages, and other contributions are User Content. You state that you own or may use what you submit, agree not to submit illegal or harmful material, grant Joggix a free, nonexclusive, revocable license to host and display it on the site, and accept responsibility for it. We may remove inappropriate User Content without notice.
7. Intellectual property
Site Content—including design, code, text, illustrations, layouts, icons, branding, and logos—belongs to Joggix or its licensors and is protected by applicable Brazilian law. We grant you a limited, free, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to access and use the site only as these Terms permit.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events, and may discontinue features or the site with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Joggix is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use or inability to use the site; does not guarantee that the site will meet specific expectations; and cannot recover scores lost when browser data is cleared.
10. Third-party links and services
External links are provided for convenience. Joggix does not control or accept responsibility for third-party content, policies, security, or practices.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access by anyone who violates these Terms or behaves abusively, without limiting other available legal remedies.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold Joggix, its staff, and partners harmless from claims, proceedings, losses, or expenses caused by misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
13. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy and Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The current version is the one published here. We will highlight material changes on the site, and continued use after publication means acceptance.
15. General provisions
If a provision is invalid, the others remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or duties without our consent. These Terms and the referenced policies form the entire agreement between you and Joggix.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the user’s domicile.
