This Privacy Policy explains how joggix.com, operated by Joggix, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects visitor information. We protect your privacy under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12,965/2014), and other applicable rules.
1. Definitions
Personal data identifies or relates to an identifiable person. Processing means any operation involving personal data. The data subject is the person the data concerns. The controller decides how data is processed—here, Joggix. localStorage stores data on the user’s device without sending it to external servers.

3. Data we collect
Joggix is a free site that requires no account and does not request CPF, banking, or card data. We collect only what is needed to operate:
3.1. Browsing data collected automatically
- IP address temporarily recorded in access logs;
- browser type, version, and language;
- operating system and device type;
- pages visited and visit date, time, and duration;
- referring page, where available.
3.2. Data stored on your device
- leaderboard nickname, if you save a score;
- scores and personal records;
- game reviews;
- game preferences.
This information remains only in your browser and does not reach our servers. Clearing browser data deletes it permanently.
3.3. Data you provide voluntarily
Your name, email, subject, and message when you contact us.
4. Legal bases under Article 7 of the LGPD
We rely on consent for voluntary contact messages; legal obligation for access logs; performance of a contract to provide requested games; and legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and technical improvement while respecting fundamental rights.
5. How we use data
- to let you play, save scores, and use the local leaderboard;
- to answer contact messages;
- to understand aggregate, anonymous site usage and improve the site;
- to protect the site, identify abuse, and meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing and transfers
Joggix does not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with contracted infrastructure providers or when required by law or court order. Any international hosting transfer will comply with Chapter V of the LGPD.
7. Retention
- Access logs: 6 months, under Article 15 of the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
- Contact messages: as needed to reply and for up to 5 years for accountability.
- localStorage data: until you delete it through browser controls.
8. Information security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, data minimization, and periodic security reviews. No system is immune; if an incident poses relevant risk or harm, we will notify Brazil’s ANPD and affected people as required by Article 48 of the LGPD.
9. Your rights under Article 18 of the LGPD
You may request confirmation and access; correction; anonymization, blocking, or deletion; portability; deletion of consent-based data; information about sharing and the consequences of withholding consent; and withdrawal of consent. 11. Children and teenagers
The site is intended for people aged 13 and older. Processing involving children or teenagers will serve their best interests under Article 14 of the LGPD. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ use.

If you believe your rights were not respected, contact Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority at gov.br/anpd.
